Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $12.20 AUD
Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience
longer delivery times.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.
All orders are sent via registered International post which means the item is fully trackable from our
headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. Shipping rates are different for each country. On checkout of any
Numbastay products you'll be given options depending on what address you insert.
All international shipping times vary, please check this link to see how long shipping will take to your country.
Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they
arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.
If a parcel is not collected from the post office and returned to the Numbastay HQ you must pay the
applicable shipping fees to have the parcel resent.
What payment service do you currently use? We currently use Shopify as our payment service.
Are you planning to offer PayPal as a payment option? Yes, we are in the process of organizing PayPal as
an additional payment option. We are working to rectify a few issues and expect to have it available soon.
What is your refund policy? We only issue refunds for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item,
